Recoats and Demarcation

After many years of getting away with a very old coating system, this client opted to have a new layout.

After removing the existing coating using diamond floor grinders, we applied an oil tolerant primer with 2 coats of water based epoxy finishing off with the necessary demarcation. 

This is a perfect example of what a basic epoxy system can do to your floor.
